I need to know is to determine whether broad-spectrum antibiotics, gram-negative or Gram-positive target by the normal flora of the human body. Thank you!

Any type of antibiotics, which are detrimental to accept normal flora, irrespective of the Rx, the only thing you need to make in order to be exempt from bacteria that may be caused infection. Most people (outside of science / medicine even) think about this kind of concern. Antibiotics are safe w / her therapeutic levels, and should not be considered.

Depending on the region. Most bacteria in the gastrointestinal tract is Gram-negative, but much of the skin, throat and mouth flora are gram positive. No doubt there are many exceptions.
