I do not know anything about green tea, but biotin and B vitamins are the hair and nails will grow faster. Green tea is meant to be fully or with anti-oxidants good for your health, prevent premature aging, which can be used for weight control .. this and that ... . But I'm not sure if there is an effect on hair growth? Never heard of it, what to do.
