Determining Internal Temperature Grilling/BBQ? - bbq , internal auditor

Is it necessary to eat on the grill every time you take to measure the internal temperature of the meat? Or is it a consequence of that measure out food on the grill and from there to?

If you have an appropriate thermometer, the temperature does not change during or at the gate of the hand vary, but could be for what could be what you are cooking for a later time ..

I have a point in my life. The most important field, the reading is to measure the sharp tip of the temperature. It does not matter whether you take your meat on the grill or not, but because fresh meat, once on the grill, not recommended.

Use a digital thermometer on a long wire, and then you can add grilled therm, as you see fit. It beeps when the meat reaches the desired temperature.
