I'm trying to find a toy I used to have as a kid (circa 1970)? - large toy helicopter

Around 1970, I received as a gift from my favorite toy ... It was a large (perhaps 4 feet long) in Styrofoam boat. In the middle of the boat was a long pivot arm with a white plastic at the end. There were controlling two joysticks - one for fan speed and one for the angle of the propeller - and the goal was to take off from the dock of the ship and the ship and helicopter pilot to land safely back at the landing site - or on the floor. Who knows what with this toy?
