Anorexia More Condition_symptoms Anorexia Question - Will My Stomach Get Flabby If I Start To At More?

Anorexia question - will my stomach get flabby if I start to at more? - anorexia more condition_symptoms

I weighed after month. My parents have to force myself to eat a lot, because I gain weight - I am currently about 88 pounds and 5'6. But I'm so scared to be seen. I am also prohibited outside of work or anything until I get some weight and get back my period. My stomach and thighs are larger by eating so much, or my body is just beginning, it's absob energy from food?

First, it is obvious that this is exactly the opposite of "big air". However, more food is not exactly what swell. If you are concerned about his health, talk to your parents. You can eat healthy foods and still win a portion of the weight lost parents want to see you, but they will no longer be "bigger". Suggest a nutritionist for your parents. It may be a bit expensive, but it is a serious problem, and the safe use of the money. The nutritionist will plan meals with you and your parents, and can on what is best for you compromise. By gaining some weight back, then you can begin to exercise and tone your muscles, you will not be large. Visit your doctor for depression, should also be considered since it can cause and also a side effect of anorexia nervosa. Hope this helps, and I hope you realize that your health is most important. It is quite possible, death and deadly diseases that are not worth the meager. You must also back this time! lol

First you need to see for yourself that you need and want to gain weight at a much healthier weight for their age and size. You said that your time has stopped, this is a clear sign that your body is in trouble and do not get enough nutrients the body needs daily. I do not want to scare you, but if you do not start gaining weight may start to develop other problems such as dizziness, poor vision, problems with hair loss and in extreme cases to fail institutions and death. You should take very seriously.

The best advice I can give is that you tell your doctor or dietitian and Development say that a diet plan that only their weight will increase.

Their main concern seems to be on the development of a soft underbelly related. In this case, there are exercises for the hips, thighs and abdominal region, and the tone of these areas.

I myself struggling with weight problems, I developed a fear of lifting with the weight gain. But with a good diet and exercise that have reached a good weight,T with a stomach tonic. Above all, I feel better than I do. I have so much energy, my skin, hair and proud gait.

For more information on healthy weight gain for advice in their local health centers or clinincs, because these people are the experts. This includes informing their parents or their plans are clearly interested and want a healthy life for you. This will re-read that serious about your health and my weight gain.

Anorexia is one of the stupidest way to lose weight. Do you know why? Not eating is not the way to lose weight. If you are not eating, slow food, metabolism, and when to eat, finally, takes a while to digest the body so that his weight even increased.
You skinyn enough and not make you look fat flies 1OO. It is a mental and physical illness.

Hey there --

Well, the truth (what happened) that is initially in the stomach and weight but also to the vital organs, and others. It is really difficult to handle because you are probably anorexic and SECAM in mind that, although not as bad as you think it is. But give it time and everything will fit. I never thought that when I learned of Dr. 's and nurses, etc. ..... but true.

I hope that you will see a therapist and will be supervised by a doctor?

Be careful!

Try to eat healthy foods. No fat and junk food because it does little good fat in certain areas. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits. After a while you'll notice the difference. I hope that helped! :)
