First, if "a man" was a change of sex and ends with a vagina, it was never a "man" who was born, transsexuals, and corrects congenital disease, she is a woman.
To answer your question, if an operation carried out by a competent surgeon, and no post-op infection or necrosis, the vagina of a transsexual woman would not be different in appearance or function as any other woman, in many cases even a gynecologist could not tell any difference.
Could probably use an artificial lubricant for the first year or two, but then it would be impossible to say who was born transsexual genitalia only.
